Mr. James K.M. Gichachi
Mr. James K.M. Gichachi
Mr. Gichachi Leads the firm and is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a Bachelor of Law Degree ( with Honours) from the University of Nairobi and a post Graduate Diploma in Advocacy from Kenya School of Law.
He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 15th October 1984.
He has Extensive work experience :

- » Legal Assistant at Hamilton Harrison & Mathews Advocates in the Commercial Department and In-Charge of Intellectual Property Docket.

Ms. Catherine Wanjiku G.
Ms. Catherine Wanjiku
Ms Catherine is a lawyer holding a Bachelor of Law Degree (Honours) from Moi University.
Ms Catherine also holds a Diploma in Criminology from University of Nairobi and a certificate in Disaster Management.
She has been working with the firm for the last two years and has extensive experience in Commercial, Civil, Succession, Conveyancing, Criminal and Intellectual Property Law.
Ms Catherine is involved with interviewing of clients, office management and registration of Trademarks and Patents.
Mr. Ben Kyalo Mueke
Mr. Kyalo is a qualified Court Process server and has worked for the Firm for the last ten (10) years.
He is also involved in serving of process, filling of pleadings, registration of Companies, following up at the Lands Registry.
Mr. Benjamin Kieti
Mr. Kieti is a Court Clerk, cum messenger. Performing general duties including: filing court documents, deliveries, banking and allied duties.
Ms. Elizabeth Wanjiku Murua
Ms. Murua is the firm's legal secretary dealing with all clients' files and the filing system. She also doubles up as the firm's receptionist and she is the first person you will meet when you visit our offices.
Pupils at Law
On a regular basis, the firm picks and trains a pupil as required by the council of Legal Education for Lawyers awaiting admission to the Bar.
The pupils work under Mr. Gichachi.
They are involved in research work, drawing and filing of pleadings and following up on registration of Trademarks at KIPI after the registration has been initiated
